About the Author

Kay Davis is a researcher and writer with experience in digital media, print publishing, and the humanities. She has an M.A. in English and American Studies from the University of Virginia, and a B.A. in English and history.

Kay's research interests include the Gilded Age and the Progressive Era and span the subject areas—history, art, architecture, and literature.
