Marking a Virginia Historic Landmark Virginia Historic Landmarks Register MARKING A VIRGINIA HISTORIC LANDMARK
Properties accepted onto the Virginia Landmarks Register are supplied with a plaque commemorating the determination that the site is registered as a Virginia Historic Landmark. The plaque is complete with the site name, but offers no description as to the site's significance or its date of commemoration. Property owners can choose to display the plaque as they see fit.
