Joust and dinner involving Once Upon A Mattress cast
1996 1st Annual Chez Henri Nouveau Mediaeval Festival
July 21, Sugarbush Valley, Vermont
I started this Mediaeval Festival incorporating a Mediaeval dinner, dancing and jousting. Students and teachers from KHS participated in these festivals. Also, Student projects created by my ninth grade English classes were on display at Chez Henri.
